Requirements

We are looking for an individual who has some previous experience with a leadership role or with a team environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3-4 years work experience

  • Presentation and Communication Skills

  • Club Leadership Experience

Responsibilities

Our management trainees lead by example through their sales performance and direct coaching and training of other team members.

  • Conducting Interviews

  • Conducting Sales Presentations

  • Shadowing and Mentorship

  • Team Goal Setting
